I wholeheartedly agree with your review. Well written, but not for me. I can handle a lot, however, I found this to be the most disturbing book I’ve ever read. I actually stopped reading General market fictionfor two years afterward. I also decided never to read this author’s work again. Of course, so many people loved it that it’s been made into a show. To each their own!
